It is NAESB's intent to let you know before we collect personal information from you on the Internet. You may choose not to utilize those services that require that you provide personal information.

If you elect to participate in NAESB Mail subscription service, you will receive targeted e-mail messages from the NAESB Office about relevant NAESB events, including conference-calling information, as well as important documents.

If you elect to print any form from the NAESB web site and fax or mail it to NAESB, any personally identifiable information collected will be treated in the same manner and receive the same protections as set forth in this Privacy Policy.

NAESB utilizes temporary cookies during the e-mail registration process. These cookies are automatically removed from your PC when you close your browser program. Cookies must be enabled in order to complete the NAESB e-mail registration.

If a user's personally identifiable information changes (such as phone, email or postal address), if a user wants to manage his/her subscriptions by adding or removing a specific mailing list, or if a user no longer desires our service, we provide a way to correct, update or delete/deactivate users' personally identifiable information. This can be done at the NAESB Mail Account Management page or by calling the NAESB office at 713-356-0060 and ask for the Mailing List Administrator. Additionally these instructions will be appended to the bottom of every NAESB targeted e-mail message.
